Yes! You’ll get a digital and printable certificate you can share with recruiters, agencies, and hiring managers.

We know plans can change, so here’s the quick version:

• Cancel by Nov 1, 2025 → Full refund (minus small admin + processing fees).
• After Nov 1, 2025 → Tickets are non-refundable, but you can transfer your spot to another traveler for free.
• If The Shift doesn’t meet the minimum number of travelers by Dec 1, 2025 → Event may be canceled, and participants refunded in full (minus payment processing fees).
• If something out of our control happens (like a natural disaster), we’ll refund your registration but can’t cover extra travel costs – so we highly recommend travel insurance.

Yes! You’ve got two options if you’d like your spouse or a friend to come along:

• As a guest: All of our rooms are single occupancy, but your spouse or friend can join you in your room for $400. They won’t attend the training or included activities, but they’ll enjoy the destination right alongside you.
• As a participant: If they’d like to join the full Shift experience, you can share a room and you’ll each save $200 on your registrations.
